He left for a business trip yesterday and it was all I could do to say, &quot;Here, take my iPod! it&#39;s full of Christian music! what about this bible right here? No? Okay, how about this book?&quot; I do need to hold back and let God do His work. God gets better results than me anyway.<br /><br />It is timely that I read this post because well, it&#39;s Monday and I may be PMS&#39;ing but I was getting annoyed at a co-worker. So I started humming Chris Tomlin&#39;s How Can I Keep from Singing. (That may or may not be the title because I have a tendency to take the first line of any song and think it&#39;s the title.)<br />Anyway, humming it to myself over and over again calmed my emotions down to the point where the annoyance was replaced with tenderness. I made a decision to delete a lot of songs from my I Tunes that reminded me of a really bad decision in my life; and decided to switch to a family friendly radio station because a lot of the mainstream music was making me want things that were just not pure. <br /><br />I have never switched back; and do my best to wake my kids up with worship music each morning and to have it on throughout the day.
