I am in "De-clutter Mode" right now too, and it's NOT easy! My grandmother used to chastise us for being wasteful, and I hear her voice every time I toss something that I "might" be able to use one day!!! Oddly enough, that day rarely comes!!
I need to do that too! But I seem to lack the discipline to do so..... perhaps one day.
Happy organizing. You are definitely on the right track.... He has been telling me to "simplify" for a while now... I still have a long way to go.
